Bellows joints TU 3683-037-00220302-01

These joints are designed to compensate temperature and mechanical deallocations, vibrational load reduction within line tubes, devices functioning with substances of various aggressiveness, used in chemical, oil and gas, refining, gas and other industries. The joints may be used under moderate and tropical climate conditions, GOST 16350. Climatic embodiment ‘B’, allocation category 1, GOST 15150. The joints limitations depending on the transported substance pressure and temperature should comply with the requirements of GOST 356 (for connections and couplings made of 10Kh17N13M2T steel, the limitations correspond to the steel group 08Kh18N10T). 

Bellows joints: ·         pivotal KO - modifications KO-1, KO-1S, KO-1P, KO-2, KO-3, ·         angled KU - modifications KU-1, ·         shifting KS - modifications KS-1, KS-2; ·         versatile KM - modifications KM-1, passage diameter 150 to 400 mm, residual pressure 0.67 kPa to maximum conventional pressure 4.0 MPa, operational temperature minus 70°C to 700°C.    Possible is a use of bellows joints of III, IV, VII variations for higher operational temperatures.   Symbolic notation examples.   Symbolic notation example for joint modifications KU-1, passage diameter: 300 mm, conventional pressure: 2.5 MPa, number of corrugations: 4, joint group: 2, configuration number: IV:
